Dr. Maren Hall Nodland
It is a privilege to bring my practice to Osseo and the surrounding communities! I believe that dentistry should feel personal, comfortable, and centered around trust. It is important to me to preserve natural teeth and to take a conservative approach when appropriate. I am excited by the advances of technology in dentistry and the outcomes modern technology allow us to achieve.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Concordia College, in Moorhead, MN, majoring in math and Spanish. I studied dentistry at the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry, graduating in 2010, with highest distinction. I completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the prestigious Eastman Institute for Oral Health in 2011. In my 16 year career I have spent time in public health, private practice, and as faculty at the University of Minnesota. Most recently I practiced as an associate in private practice in Elk River.
As a mom of three, I understand how valuable it is to find a dental home that feels supportive and reliable for the whole family. My focus is simple: protect, preserve, and restore your smile in a way that feels right for you.
Dr. John F. Englund
Dr. Englund grew up in Edina, MN. He graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and soon after, opened Osseo Smiles. He is now retiring from private practice, leaving a legacy of high quality care and close relationships with his patients and the community.
Dr. Englund is a current professor at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and continues to educate and train new graduates from various dental assisting programs in the twin cities.
